Cynthia Lacasse is responsible for overall operations of JHRA's affordable housing tax credit investment program, including marketing, acquisitions, portfolio and asset management and investor relations.

Prior to joining JHRA, Ms. Lacasse was Vice President of acquisitions at Boston Capital Partners where she oversaw the acquisition of more than 70 tax credit properties. Ms. Lacasse also spent four years with the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency, financing affordable rental and home ownership developments.

Ms. Lacasse received a B. A. degree from Middlebury College and a Master of City Planning degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She is a member of several industry trade organizations and serves on the Boards of the Affordable Housing Investors Council, the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition and the Metropolitan Boston Housing Partnership.
