Our first real estate fund for tax-exempt investors, the Pooled Mortgage and Real Estate Account, was launched in 1966.
We have been trusted advisors to institutional investors throughout numerous market cycles--from the real estate recession of the mid-seventies to the recovering markets of the mid-nineties.
